Jibit Cinar
Jibit Cinar brings 20 years of experience as a skilled litigator to her firm, Cepkinian-Cinar Law, Inc. She is a passionate advocate for employees who have experienced harassment (especially sexual harassment), wrongful termination, retaliation, demotion, violation of leave laws (including the California Family Rights Act and Family Medical Leave Act), violation of California’s wage and hour laws, breach of contract, misclassification and/or discrimination.
Cinar earned her JD at Loyola Law School, where she graduated in 2003. Prior to law school, Cinar earned her BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Cinar is a lecturer in law at the USC Gould School of Law, teaching Employment Discrimination Law. She speaks and writes often on important employment topics. She is an active member of the legal community and is a member of many professional organizations, including the Orange County Women Lawyers Association, California Women Lawyers, California Employment Lawyers Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, ProVisors and the Orange County Bar Association.
