David Figueroa is the executive director of enterprise policy and awareness at Kaiser Permanente. He is the accountable executive for the enterprise, national and regional policy services teams, learning and awareness activities, and the legal, regulatory and compliance professional development program. His work centers around supporting the Kaiser Permanente community through effective policy process management, learning experiences, tools and consulting.

He received his BA in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and his JD and MBA degrees from Temple University.
