Gayle Hyman is an attorney with extensive experience advising clients on corporate, securities, governance and international business matters. Most recently, she was the senior vice president of corporate affairs at Las Vegas Sands Corp. and has served in several other senior legal positions at Las Vegas Sands Corp., including as its general counsel.

Previously, Hyman was the deputy general counsel, finance and securities, at Allegheny Energy, Inc. Prior to that, she was a corporate attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York and Hong Kong and at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York. In addition, she has taught U.S. business law at law schools in Debrecen, Hungary, and in Moscow, Russia.

Hyman received her JD, magna cum laude, from New York Law School, her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her BA with distinction from Stanford University. She is a member of the board of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Nevada Chapter.
