Monica Pa Moye

Monica Pa Moye is an experienced litigator who currently manages content protection and copyright litigations for The Walt Disney Company. For the past eight years, she has overseen complex copyright litigations, including seminal copyright cases. She is also responsible for managing international content protection cases, often in coordination with the industry trade organization, the Motion Picture Association of America. In addition, she is responsible for copyright policy analysis and strategizing with business teams to address changes in copyright law.

Prior to Disney, Moye worked as a litigation associate for Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and other law firms. She clerked for Judge Rosemary S. Pooler in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She received her JD from New York University School of Law, graduating with high honors, including Order of the Coif and the recipient of the annual Walter J. Derenberg Prize for Copyright Law.
