Oscar Sandoval has more than 15 years of experience as a real estate developer and investor, and is a principal in a family partnership that owns and operates hundreds of multi-family units in Southern California.

His development projects and investments include residential subdivisions, in-fill housing tracts, vacation rentals and value-add multi-family investment. His experience encompasses every stage of the development and investment process — including sourcing deals and negotiating land acquisition; securing entitlements; overseeing the design and construction stages; the marketing of for-sale projects; and the management of rental properties.

As an educator, Sandoval has taught at the USC Gould School of Law since 2015, including courses dealing with real estate investment, an introduction to real estate development and zoning, and the broader survey course, “Real Estate Law and Business.”

Sandoval graduated with a BA from USC in 1995, a JD from the Gould School of Law in 1999 and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business in 2003.
