Mehdi Sinaki
Mehdi Sinaki is an attorney at Michelman & Robinson, LLP’s Los Angeles office, where he plays a critical role in both the Corporate & Securities and Real Estate practice groups. He also serves on the firm’s Audit & Risk committee. As Lecturer in Law at USC Gould, he teaches Contract Drafting, Analyzing and Negotiations and Real Estate Transactions.
Sinaki navigates complex corporate and commercial transactions across various industries, including real estate, advertising, entertainment, health care, and life sciences. Understanding his clients’ motivations and risk tolerance, Sinaki is a trusted business and legal advisor, structuring and negotiating deals.
Sinaki represents private and public companies, family offices, and high net worth individuals. He also serves as a general counsel advisor, overseeing corporate transactions, managing mergers and acquisitions, conducting the purchase and sales of commercial properties, and facilitating leasing transactions. Additionally, Sinaki’s capabilities include joint ventures, equity and debt financings, corporate governance, and handling a range of business and dispute resolution-related matters.
Sinaki has been named a “Leader in Law” multiple times by the Los Angeles Business Journal and devotes time to pro bono matters through the Alliance for Children’s Rights and the Ronald McDonald House in Los Angeles.
