Prof. Edward Kleinbard of USC Gould School of Law to Testify at House Ways and Means Committee Wednesday, February 24, 2016

WHAT: The House Ways and Means Committee is holding a hearing on the global tax environment in 2016; implications for international tax reform; and how recent developments are impacting the need to reform and modernize the U.S. international tax system.
 
WHO:  Edward Kleinbard, professor at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law and former Chief of Staff of the U.S. Congress's Joint Committee on Taxation, is testifying with Michelle Hanlon, a professor of accounting at the MIT Sloan School of Management; Raymond Wiacek, partner at Jones Day; and Itai Grinberg, associate professor of law at the Georgetown University Law Center.
