USC Law Summer Fellows from the Classes of 2007, 2008 and 2009 gathered at the University Club for a Jan. 31 luncheon hosted by Dean Edward J. McCaffery and Associate Dean Chloe Reid.
Students who completed summer fellowships during the past two years shared their experiences and advice with 1Ls who were selected to be fellows this summer.
Fellowships are awarded by USC Law's Admissions Office each spring to top admitted applicants. During the summer following their first year of law school, fellows receive paying jobs, working half the summer at a law firm and half at a business or public interest organization.
Pictured below are Summer Fellowship participants from 2005 to 2007, with Dean McCaffery, at their annual luncheon.
