PILF Raises Funds for Student Scholarships

USC Gould's Public Interest Law Foundation's recent bake sale raised money for funding grants for students to pursue public interest work over the coming summer -- and sugar levels. There was something for everyone -- pies, cookies, cupcakes, bars. The baked goods were donated from students, staff and faculty.

The Taste Test Contest was conducted by Prof. Jody Armour, Megan Hopkins, USC Gould Student Bar Association President and Beverly Moore, Student Services Assistant. The Gold Medal was awarded to Prof. Rebecca Brown's red velvet cupcakes. Picking up two awards was Prof. Michael Chasalow's chocolate chip cake. Gabriel Courey '14 won for the most creative entry: homemade Twix bars.
