U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Holds Public Hearing at USC Law, Tuesday

International patent protection options for small businesses will be addressed

WHAT: The USC Gould School of Law is hosting The United States Patent & Trademark
Office Public Hearing on the Study of International Patent Protection for Small Businesses.

The USPTO is interested in gathering information on international patent protection options
for small businesses for purposes of preparing a report on the subject as required by the
recently enacted America Invents Act.  To assist in gathering this information, the USPTO
is holding a public hearing and interested members of the public are invited to testify on
this topic.

WHEN: Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 9 a.m. to noon.
