USC Gould podcast takes on 2020 election

What does it take to have a free and fair election? In the countdown to Election Day a new podcast, “Free and Fair with Franita and Foley,” aims to break down complex legal issues for listeners who care about democracy and elections.

Co-hosts Franita Tolson, USC Gould vice dean for faculty and academic affairs, and Edward Foley, director of election law at Ohio State University Moritz Professor of Law, examine the integrity and health of the U.S. democratic process through conversations around election law, U.S. history and current events.
