2021 Institute for Corporate Counsel
Hybrid In-Person/Virtual Live-Stream Event

Individual Registration

    (Must be currently employed by a government agency.)

    (Must be a full-time law student at an accredited law school. USC Gould students, please contact cle@law.usc.edu for registration information.)

Planning is currently underway for the 2021 Institute for Corporate Counsel, and registration is not yet open. Please check back for registration and program updates as they become available.

It is highly recommended to register and pay online with a credit/debit card to avoid mail and processing delays. You must use the registrant's email address to register. Each registrant must be registered separately. Registrants who have attended any of our past events may already have an account associated with their email address. If you do not know or remember your password, use the password reset link on the log-in page to reset the password, or email cle@law.usc.edu for assistance. Credit/debit card payments can only be processed using the online registration system.

All registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable.

Sponsorship and Registration Opportunities

Sponsorship of the 2021 Institute for Corporate Counsel includes ticketing benefits (depending upon sponsorship level chosen) to the Institute. It also includes publicity and other benefits.

  • Diamond Level - $10,000 Sponsors
    Includes 12 all-day (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the afternoon sesions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
     
  • Platinum Level - $5,000 Sponsors
    Includes 12 all-day (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the afternoon sessions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
     
  • Gold Level - $2,500 Sponsors (Law firms with more than 10 attorneys)
    Includes 6 all-day (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the afternoon sessions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
     
  • Silver Level - $1,000 Sponsors (In-House Legal Departments)
    Includes 6 all-day (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the afternoon sessions and reception (does not include the lunch session).
     
  • Bronze Level - $500 Sponsors (Small law firms with 10 or fewer attorneys)
    Includes 2 all-day (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the Institute, including the morning and lunch sessions and reception, and unlimited afternoon-only (in-person or virtual) enrollments for the afternoon sessions and reception (does not include the lunch session).

Registration Fee Includes

In-Person Registration: Registrants gain admittance to the day-long Institute, including the keynote speaker
luncheon, breakfast, networking refreshment breaks, and early evening reception. Registrants also receive an electronic copy of the Institute syllabus (an up-to-date volume of outlines, articles, essays, briefs and other practical materials prepared by our speakers). In-person registration also includes access to the virtual live streamed sessions as well as available videos on demand after the event should not be able to attend in person the day of the Institute or miss any of the sessions in person. Details on how to access the syllabus materials, live streamed sessions and videos on demand will be emailed the week of the event.

Virtual Registration: Registrants gain access to the live streamed Institute broadcast of all sessions on the day of the Institute, and available videos on demand after the event should you miss any of the broadcast sessions. Registrants also receive an electronic copy of the Institute syllabus (an up-to-date volume of outlines, articles, essays, briefs and other practical materials prepared by our speakers). Details on how to access the syllabus materials, live streamed sessions and videos on demand will be emailed the week of the event.

CE Credits

CE units are available for lawyers and accountants for both in-person and virtual registrants who participate in the live stream broadcast the day of the event. MCLE credit for lawyers is available for watching videos on demand after the event. CPE credit for accountants is not currently available for watching videos on demand, and is only available to those that watch and participate in live streamed broadcasts the day of the event.
