This course will explore statutory interpretation and administrative law. Topics include the legislative process, the theory and practice of interpreting statutes in court, agency rulemaking and adjudication procedures, and judicial review of agency regulations. This course provides a useful foundation for many other courses that also involve complex statutory and regulatory regimes.
