WHAT: USC Gould School of Law Class of 2008 graduation ceremony.

WHEN: Friday, May 16. The processional march begins at 3:30 p.m.

WHO: Erwin Chemerinsky, the founding dean of the UC Irvine Donald Bren School of Law and a professor at USC Gould School of Law for 21 years, will present the keynote commencement address.

USC Law Dean Robert Rasmussen will take the stage to recognize the 210 students receiving juris doctorate degrees during commencement proceedings.

Additionally, 84 foreign graduate students from 16 different countries will receive master of laws degrees. Two students will receive master of comparative law degrees. These foreign law graduates are associates at leading law firms, employed as corporate legal counsel and as business professionals in top companies worldwide and work for the governments and ministries of their home countries.

WHERE: USC's McCarthy Quad. Enter Gate 3 from South Figueroa Street (between Jefferson and Exposition boulevards) at USC McCarthy Way. Parking is free upon presentation of press credentials.
