2009 Judges and Lawyers Night

Three will be honored at annual La Raza event

USC La Raza Law Students Association is hosting its annual Judges and Lawyers Night on Wednesday, March 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Town and Gown.

The evening will feature keynote speaker the Honorable Carlos R. Moreno, Supreme Court of California judge, who will receive La Raza’s Lifetime Achievement Award; Norma García Guillén ’02, of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, who will receive the Inspirational Alumnus Award; and the Honorable Patricia Nieto ’77, Los Angeles Superior Court judge and recipient of the Judge Armendariz Community Service Award.
