The annual Public Interest Career Fair, sponsored by the Office of Public Service, the Career Services Office and the Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF), was held in Crocker Plaza recently to provide students access to some of the many organizations and government agencies that offer summer extern and internships.

During the event, students meet representatives from various agencies – including several USC Gould alumni now working in public service – and explore opportunities to pursue.

More than 30 organizations were on hand to inform students about externship and volunteer positions including: Asian Pacific American Legal Center, Cancer Legal Resource Center, Children’s Law Center of Los Angeles, the federal and county public defenders office, California Attorney General’s Office, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
