Writing for Publication Seminar LAW-766

This seminar is a workshop designed to provide students with guidance in research and writing on “private law” topics for purposes of publication in law reviews and legal practitioner journals. “Private law” is understood to encompass contracts, torts, property, corporate and business organizations, bankruptcy, financial services and securities regulation, intellectual property, and antitrust law. Other areas of law will be considered, provided the proposed research project involves the application of economic principles or methodologies to law.
