The Visiting International Program for Lawyers (VIP) helps legal and business professionals from around the world conduct research in ways that are beneficial to USC, while allowing them to build a broad foundation of knowledge of the laws and legal system of the United States.
VIP is a unique opportunity to be part of the USC Gould community of scholars. As a part of their research, VIP participants may attend fascinating and informative courses taught by world-class law professors and interact with law students from around the globe, all on a dynamic and diverse campus.
To satisfy the VIP requirements, participants will be required to submit a research paper detailing the research they completed during their program and articulating how this research benefits USC. Participants who satisfy the program requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion. Please note that VIP coursework may not be used toward a degree at USC.
