CTLB hosts first conference at USC Capital Campus

The Center for Transnational Law and Business hosted its first conference at the new USC Capital Campus in June.

USC Gould School of Law’s Center for Transnational Law and Business hosted its first conference at the new USC Capital Campus in Washington, D.C. The event, held June 20, featured national experts discussing “Securing National Security Through Strengthening IPR & Maintaining U.S. Innovation Leadership.”

The event included a keynote address by Dominic Keating, Acting Deputy Chief Policy Officer for Operations for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Panel discussions for the event, which was livestreamed as well as held in person, included global patent policy trends as well as protecting intellectual property rights through a global rules-based ecosystem.
