Global competition law conference convenes at USC Gould

The USC Gould/Analysis Group Global Competition Law Thought Leadership Conference took place June 6-7 at USC Gould School of Law. The annual conference featured two keynote speakers: Andrea Marvan Saltiel, Chairwoman, Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission, and Doha Mekki, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice.

Over the two days, participants heard from law experts and economists on eight panels who discussed various topics including the overlaps between AI, privacy, big data and competition, global mergers and remedies, tech litigation, antitrust and IP interface, and more. The event was hosted by USC Gould School of Law’s Center for Transnational Law & Business, USC Marshall School of Business Initiative on Digital Competition and Analysis Group.
