Scholarships

The USC Gould Undergraduate Law Programs Office provides full-time students in the Law and Economics major with several scholarship opportunities. These merit scholarships are available to continuing students.

Note: In some cases, awards may affect financial aid packages received from USC. Depending on each financial aid package, these awards may replace gift aid you are receiving from other sources at USC. Scholarships awarded by USC Gould Undergraduate Law Programs will only be applied to University tuition costs and may not be used to cover housing, books, fees, or meal plans.

Scholarships for continuing Law and Economics students are awarded by academic year for the fall and spring semesters. At the time of the application, students must be enrolled in the Law and Economics major and plan to be full-time USC undergraduate students for the current and following academic year to be eligible for an award.

Given that scholarships are awarded for the academic year, students who are graduating in the current academic year are not eligible to apply. Continuing students may apply for scholarships each academic year. Having received a previous award will not disqualify students from applying every year. Those who have applied previously but who were not awarded a scholarship are eligible to apply in a future academic year. Students may be eligible for $1,000 - $2,000 in scholarship funds.
