USC Introduces Immersive New Online Certificate in Real Estate Law

The University of Southern California Gould School of Law announces the addition of the online certificate in Real Estate Law to its robust lineup of graduate certificates. Designed to meet the growing demand for specialized expertise in real estate, this program offers professionals the opportunity to upskill and deepen their legal knowledge in this dynamic industry.

The Real Estate Law certificate focuses on the practical application of real estate laws to real-world scenarios, providing students with a fundamental understanding of legal principles and contracts related to real estate. Taught by renowned faculty and practitioners, the certificate offers a cutting-edge pathway for professionals to advance their careers in finance, real estate development, advising, acquisition, management and related fields.

This certificate program is offered entirely online, providing professionals with the flexibility to further their education while managing their current commitments. The program incorporates engaging virtual classrooms, interactive discussions and collaborative projects, creating an immersive learning environment that reflects actual legal and business situations.

The online Real Estate Law certificate may be earned as a standalone certificate in as few as three semesters or concurrently with USC Gould’s online Master of Studies in Law (MSL) degree or online Master of Laws (LLM) degree at no additional cost.
