USC Gould School of Law is part of the Southern California Consortium of law schools that sponsors one of the largest public sector virtual career fairs. Law students can interview with over 100 government and nonprofit employers for summer, school year, and postgraduate opportunities. USC Gould is a member of the Midwest-California-Georgia Consortium (MCGC), which holds virtual recruitment events for legal markets in New York City, Washington D.C., Chicago, and Texas. Member schools include USC Gould, University of Minnesota, Emory University School of Law, UCLA School of Law, University of Iowa College of Law, University of Wisconsin Law School and Washington University in St Louis.

Held during the summer, these events are an excellent opportunity for employers to interview rising second- and third-year students from USC Gould and other top-tier law schools during the same recruitment program.

Every year, organizations from across the nation invite students from USC Gould to participate in their recruitment opportunities. Some of the representative organizations include the Loyola Patent Law Interview Program, Lavendar Law, the Bay Area Law Student Career Fair, and the Equal Justice Works Career Fair.
