Campus Housing
Summer Law and English (SLE)

USC Gould offers convenient, private, secure and fully furnished university housing at a competitive rate for students in our four-week Summer Law and English (SLE) intensive. Our housing complex is located just a short walk from the law school.

A 14-story campus landmark, Webb Tower is USC's tallest housing building, offering SLE students with spectacular views of the city or campus as well as a wide variety of floor plans. Each floor has just eight apartments, which fosters a tight-knit community. If you choose to live in Webb Tower during SLE, you may select a private one-bedroom apartment or share a two-bedroom unit with another same-gendered SLE participant.

Amenities include:

  • Furnished apartments with full kitchen (oven, stove and refrigerator), private bathroom, living room and dining area
  • Air-conditioning
  • Linen packet (pillowcase, sheets and towels) along with pillow and blanket
  • Security with card-reader lockers
  • Complimentary wireless internet

The facility also offers a common laundry and lounge rooms with televisions. A study room is located on the first floor of the building and a high-tech computer lab is in an adjoining facility and available for SLE student use.

Webb Tower is located near the Lyon Recreation Center, which houses a pool, gym and other recreational facilities. Many dining options are nearby, at an additional cost. If you apply for campus housing, you are required to pay a housing application fee of $100. Campus housing fees are in addition to the SLE tuition and university fee. The cost of campus housing for SLE is $1,450 (shared room) or $1,950 (private room).

To secure university housing, you must apply by the deadline.

If you also applied for academic-year housing, you will move to that complex upon completion of SLE.
