Criminal Procedure (LLM Only) (Spring 2019)

Course Description

This course is an examination of the methods by which the criminal justice system functions.  Topic areas will include the arresting of suspects, the searching of premises and persons, the interrogation of suspects, the use of police lineups, the exclusionary rule, the right to counsel, and grand jury and trial proceedings.

Criminal Procedure is a three-unit course.
